Barber National Report from BMP

Sean goes to Barber Motorsports Park for his first national car race. On Thursday practice, Sean was 8th in the first session also being his first time with the new slicks; then 5th on the following and 8th on the last session.
Friday qualifying comes and Sean went p8 in the first session and p10 in the next. "All in all we did good today, but I think there is more to be found with setup," commented Sean.
On Saturday Sean came ready and focused. By half way through the race Sean moved up 4 spots to p4 challenging for 3rd when he made a mistake and went off, dropping him back to 6th. "It is frustrating, however, it is a mistake I have learned from."
On Sunday, Sean had car issues and dropped back to 15th. Fighting hard, he works his way back up to 8th before receiving a penalty for contact in the last corner putting him back to 15th.
"This was my first national weekend and I have learned alot after this experience. I am ready to race for a podium in Road America."
